Phase 1 of the electrical system infrastructure upgrade is currently in progress. Designated areas have received new wires, either overhead or underground. Within the next two weeks, some customers in the Sunset Terrace area will be switched to the new 15 kV system. They will experience a brief electrical outage as they are switched over. There should only be one outage per location.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause. However, the brief outages are necessary to convert our customers to the new system. We are continuing with the electrical system upgrade and will be switching more customers to the new system in the future. Further notices will be issued informing customers of outages in their areas.
