The Rochelle Municipal Utilities Customer Service Office will be closed Tuesday March 22 through Friday March 25 as we begin a software conversion. The office will re-open on Monday March 28 at 8:30AM.
During the closure, outages may be reported through our regular phone number 815-562-4155, where calls will be routed to our after-hours call center. Payments may be made online or dropped in one of two drop boxes located on the building. Payments will continue to be processed daily. Phone payments may be made by calling our processor directly at 877-885-7968.
While the Customer Service Office lobby is closed, Community Development and Engineering Departments are in the office and available by phone. For Community Development, please call 815-562-8717 and for Engineering please call 815-561-2023 or 815-561-2025.
