Internet and fiber system upgrades are required to maintain the integrity of our systems. Therefore, a fiber/internet outage is scheduled for January 22, 2019 starting at 2:00 am. The outage may affect all fiber and internet customers. Phone service, if provided through our internet system, will also be affected.
While there is never a convenient time for an internet and/or fiber outage, we have tried to schedule it when the least number of customers will be affected. The outage is anticipated to last approximately 3 to 4 hours, however additional time may be needed.
Before trying to access your system, please reboot your router. This can be done by turning off the power to the router. Wait at least 60 seconds and then turn the power back on.
