A. Customer Account Information

B. Service Description

Lists your services, taxes and other charges.

C. Service Information

Details your energy activity and your water and water reclamation usage. Also lists the average rate and amount billed for each service. The sub totals include all charges related to each service.

D. Payment Information

Provides your current statement total, a total of the payments received since your last statement and the total amount due after payments, credits and/or adjustments have been applied.

E. Usage Summary

Displays your electric and water usage in graph form. Also lists your usage for the current month, the last month and one year ago.
