The Rochelle Municipal Utilities partnered with the Illinois Municipal Utilities Association to offer the scholarship and this is the 13th year IMUA has offered the program. "RMU is proud to be one of four IMUA member municipalities selected with a winner in this year's competition", said Ed Carr, General Manager. RMU and the City of Rochelle wish to congratulate Anna O'Malley for her award.
